This page discloses to you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products recorded on our site www.danblinds.com.au (our website), including any custom-made Goods. By putting in a request on the web or via telephone you acknowledge these terms and conditions.

Free Fabric Samples

We strongly recommend everyone to request for a free sample before placing an order. Whilst every effort is made by us to ensure that Goods sold and delivered to you match in every respect any sample or description we may have shown or given or sent to you, a minor or immaterial variation or change in colour or pattern between the sample or description and the Goods delivered shall not entitle you to reject the Goods nor to claim any compensation for such variation or change.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are supply only and do not include installation. The price of the products is in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST and it will be as appeared in the checkout. Costs are obligated to change at any time, yet changes won't influence orders for which you have officially gotten a Confirmation of Acceptance.

Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on our site are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of Goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.

We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and via PayPal.

Cancelling or Modifying your Order

If you realise that you have made an error when placing your order, please ring us at 1300 521 551 or email us at sales@danblinds.com.au as soon as possible.  Orders cannot be cancelled or altered once manufacturing begins. If the production has not started, cancellation or changes to the order can be made by writing.

If for any reason beyond our reasonable control, we are unable to supply a particular item, we will notify you as soon as possible. No discounts or compensation can be offered under these unforeseen circumstances.

Refunding Your Payment

After an order is cancelled or modified after placing the order, money will be credited to Your Bank Account or Credit Card within 7 days of notification. Refunded Money may take a few days to show in your account, we cannot be held responsible for interbank transfer delays.

System failure

We reserve the right to cancel an order or orders where a pricing error has occurred due to system failure within our database or website.

Return Policy

As the Goods which you order are manufactured according to the measurements you provide in your Order it is very important that your measurements are accurate. We cannot accept the return of the Goods by reason of the measurements provided being incorrect or if you change your mind with regards to the colour or type of product.

Defective Goods / Damaged shipments

Dan Blinds backs the quality of our products and offer a 5 years warranty. We reserve the right to either replace or repair the product and it may be necessary to return the goods to us for inspection prior to a replacement or repair. All damaged shipments must be reported to DanBlinds.com.au team within 10 business days of order delivery.
